📯Our body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit of Christ. In the Temple by tradition, the priest would light incense as an aroma that would come up to GOD’s nostrils that He would be pleased, it was an introduction to the entrance of the priest into the Holy of Holies. The Body of Christ is the Temple being built with Christ as the Chief Cornerstone and the firm foundation. He is our Great High Priest Who is in heaven making intercession for us before the throne day and night. So the old way is a type and shadow of the new Way: we are the Temple and He is our High Priest Who is seated on the throne of our hearts. Our heart is the garden where we go to meet Him and we are the fragrance of Christ to GOD. We are unto Him a sweet smelling savor!
📯In Revelation Chapter 1 we read that He has made us priests and kings over the Church and over this world. Walking in the role of the royal priesthood as a Holy Nation we triumph in Christ here on earth which makes manifest a sweet smelling savor and aroma of His knowledge and righteousness within us unto GOD the Father in heaven and in every place we walk. The Word says they shall know us by our fruits, and our fruits grow in the garden of our heart in our spirit man which is connected to GOD through the Holy Spirit of Christ. We are unto Him a sweet smelling savor of Christ in them that are saved and also in them that perish.
📯This is a deep revelation that I personally just had opened unto me in fullness after much pursuit and chasing after The LORD in hunger. The question I present to the Body of Christ is this: how does your garden grow? What does your garden smell like? What does your savor smell like to GOD? Does it truly mirror the fragrance of Christ or is it only an imitation of His incense? For we are not to be as many, which corrupt the word of GOD: but as of sincerity, but as of GOD, in the sight of GOD speak we in Christ, as servants of Christ who do not adulterate His Word. If we adulterate His Word and trample His Blood In disobedience, we adulterate His Word and we therefore corrupt the savor making it a rotten savor and the stench of it rises unto GOD’s nostrils.
📯This is one thing we must deeply consider, dear little ones… we must mirror Christ and we must produce that sweet smelling savor by walking in righteousness and in holiness, in purity and in honor. We must be steadfast in the Faith. We must hold our body as the undefiled Temple Of The Most High GOD, keeping it clean and Holy just as GOD is Holy. Our incense must be pure. Our sacrifice must be clean. Our salt must not lose its savor. We are the salt and the Light! We must root up and prune the garden of our heart so when King Jesus comes to walk with us, He is pleased and He tarries just a little longer to smell the roses. If we are the fragrance of Christ unto GOD, then what shall we say then to this thing? What shall we do? Our aim is to please Him producing good fruit that can feed His sheep. We must also feed and minister to Christ as His priests and kings. Let us think upon these things… Hallelujah to The King of Kings and of our heart. He is Worthy!
📯”Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place. For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish: To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things? For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.”📯2 Corinthians 2:14-17📯
📯”And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.”📯Revelation 1:5-6📯
📯Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”📯Hebrews 4:14-16📯
📯For every high priest taken from among men is ordained for men in things pertaining to God, that he may offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins: Who can have compassion on the ignorant, and on them that are out of the way; for that he himself also is compassed with infirmity. And by reason hereof he ought, as for the people, so also for himself, to offer for sins. And no man taketh this honour unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron. So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, to day have I begotten thee. As he saith also in another place, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared; Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; Called of God an high priest after the order of Melchisedec.”📯Hebrews 5:1-10📯
