Torch Bearer Of The LIGHT

I know this to be true
Because of this last walk of brokenness
I have had to go through
So He could pick up the pieces
And put me back together again
πŸ”₯The way that HE WANTED MEπŸ”₯
I had to be broken
So that God could truly use me
For what He has called me to be
In these last days.
I stand as a torch bearer
As a beacon
As a vessel for God to speak through!
He wants to use us…
But we have to be willing AND useable!
πŸ”₯His Light shines brighterπŸ”₯
πŸ”₯Through broken vesselsπŸ”₯
Stars cannot shine
Without the darkness
Little children of The Most High GOD:
Shine your Lights before the world
So that we may glorify our Father
Who is in heaven
Remain with a broken and contrite heart
In all humility and grace
Pray that thine hearts may be pure
So that ye can look upon His face.
The time has come, precious ones…
To run to our King in the secret place
To burn for Him throughout time and space.

“And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever. But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand. And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days. Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days. But go thou thy way till the end be: for thou shalt rest, and stand in thy lot at the end of the days.”🌟Daniel‬ ‭12:1-4, 9-13β€¬πŸŒŸ

Children of God, in which you shine like the stars of the universe as you hold out the Word of Life.

Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast the word of life, so that I may rejoice in the day of Christ that I have not run in vain or labored in vain.
🌟Philippians 2:15-16🌟

One Response to Torch Bearer Of The LIGHT

Which of the following man-made creeds did the first century church use as their authority for faith and practice?

    1. Catechism of the Catholic Church.

    2. The Nicene Creed.

    3. The Westminster Confession of Faith.

    4. The Heidel Catechism.

    5. Methodist 25 Articles of Faith.

    6. Mennonite Brethren Confession of Faith.

    7. The Augsburg Confession of Faith.

    8. Spurgeon’s Catechism.

The answer is the first century church did not use man-made creeds as their authority for faith and practice. They use Scripture and Scripture alone.

Acts 2:42And they continued steadfastly in the apostles doctrine….(NKJV)

The apostles doctrine was Scripture. The words and writings of the apostles were Scripture.

2 Peter 3:15-16 …as also our brother Paul, according to the wisdom given to him, has written to you, 16 as also in all his epistles, speaking in them these things, to which are some things hard to understand, which those who are untaught and unstable twist to their own destruction, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures. (NKJV)

The apostles Paul’s writings were Scriptures, they were not man-made creeds.

The first century church did not use man-made creed books as their guide for faith and practice.

Jesus condemned the man-made creeds of the scribes and Pharisees. Mark 7:5-9…….9 And He said to them, “All too well you reject the commandments of God that you may keep your tradition.(NKJV)

If man-made creeds include things not in the Bible, they are traditions of men. If the creeds of men are contrary to the Bible they are false creeds. On Judgment Day men will be judged according to God’s written word. The Bible and the Bible alone.

Man-made creeds are written to change the meaning of Scripture to fit denominational doctrines.

The question remains can man-made creeds save anyone?
