Speaking without Accusing

10 Ways to Love (Speaking without Accusing)

In today’s society as a fellow Christian, aiming to plant seeds and make disciples we come across some of the heaviest reasons from other people in the world that combats the Spirit of Love. Weather they have been in Church before and served in a life with Jesus having a relationship and now has fallen away or the person who could never believe in God because of the accusations of their style. Again we are aiming to plant Jesus within hearts of sinners, this is expected as the Church of Christ. So why then are so many people turning to other faiths, false doctrines and conforming to a worldly view instead of a positive spiritual perspective?

It started with first people of God claiming to be better, or at least acting that way. When Jesus himself spoke He spoke to sinners with conviction and compassion not Judgement or accusing them. Scripture speaks on this matter clearly in various many ways. Before I get into sharing what I found biblical, stop for a second and ask your self have you ever been accused of something? It does not matter at this time if you were in the wrong or you were innocent I m just setting the scene for a basic approach. Think about how you felt, and how did that make you feel when confronted by someone who seemed to judge very quickly or extremely shocked that you are who you are. We are all human, and we all have lifestyles we were brought up into. However to be brought in to the body of Christ, or trying to invite others to know who Jesus is we can not be accusers of them, no We need to be lovers of them. Lets go a little deeper.

When we find our selves teaching or speaking to other people in the world the scripture James 1:19 reminds me I will Face a time that I need to be swift to hear. God is indicating that I need to be ready to listen. As a disciple I need to be aware of my condition. When I am spiritually aware of my weaknesses specifically in listening or being patient and having compassion I am clarifying what needs to be strengthened. God has called us to be ambassadors. Yet he is called a to love. Jesus said that you shall know my disciples by their fruit. How can I be Ambassador for Jesus Christ if I am accusing and judging and not compassionate to people and their lifestyle.

Respectfully when we want to share Jesus with others we have to trust God and his timing. Patiently hearing and listening to another’s problems and thoughts can help you understand then plus it allows them to engage with you more they feel comfortable with revealing themselves to you. This is the art of confession. However you will not have many to confess their problems if you are quick to respond and a religious or condemning way. By listening we are able to know what to pray for and that we could relate to them because of our past.

2nd Timothy 2 verse 21 through 26 “States therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the latter he will be a vessel of Honor Sanctified and useful for the master prepared for every good work. He also useful Lust but pursue righteousness Faith love peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. But avoid foolish and ignorant disputes knowing that they generate strife and the servant of the Lord must not quarrel but be gentle to all be able to teach and patient and humility correcting those who are in opposition if God perhaps will grant them repentance so that they may know the truth and that they may come to their senses and Escape The Snare of the devil having been taken captive by him to do his will”

When disagreements happen we are reminded that being slow to speak because we as humans can cause soul wounds that only God can heal. This is a device from the Devil. Being patient and understanding is what is needed so that accusations do not leave from our mouth. In fact I can share this with you when we accuse someone of something that is happening we are actually being used by the enemy since he is the accuser of the Brethren Revelations 12 verse 11 to speak-love-now-faithgatewaycarry out his will to damage the body of Christ or prohibit salvation to a sinner. When actually we are called as children of God to live a peaceful and quiet life proverbs 34:14.

The enemy has set for plans to destroy people by the same race the human beings. This goes back to where Lucifer fell and denied to serve Humanity. So now his plans are to destroy Humanity. Now God has called all to come under his Everlasting Covenant. Yet the enemy is setting Stones resentments snares of Pride and insecurity fears that cloud our minds perspective so that we cause Strife other within the body of Christ or outside the body of Christ either way his will is actually being manifest.

1st Corinthians chapter 13 verse 4 through 7 we can see the definition of love and how we can fall easily short of that goal. We do not have to be a victim of Satan and his attack on the church or in the ministry we should not keep a record of wrong. In Galatians chapter 5 the fruit of the spirit verse 22 says that we should be long-suffering if we are walking in the spirit. And In Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 two are better than one because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall one will lift up His companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls for he has no one to help him up.

Does this sound like the body of Christ? Have you had a experience were it has left you feeling down and because the body of Christ is not actively seeking to restore others? Has now the majority of Churches have been blinded with being recorded with numbers, high attendance, hit ratings, more money, guest speakers and become more popularity, falling away from their first love. There is coming a time where many places will do this.

It starts with us, individually.
If we are too busy trying to be right and are consumed with unforgiveness when we are keeping score that is ultimately fueling the ammo on the battlefield for the enemy. We are feeding the one who is to Devour us. We then sit in our own justification of the sin which is a spirit of religion. This is not of these is this is not walking in the spirit and this is not applying the Great Commission. We must know the devices of the enemy. We are not left ignorant because we are commanded to study to show yourself approved unto God. For example do not be as the men that accuse Christ performing healing in Mark 3 verses 2 through 5. Just because you were unaware of the persons calling or understanding at that time whether they are a Christian or a non-believer. In Titus 3 verse 2 & 3 it is a reminder that we are all one the same way our ultimate goal is to share the gospel the love within it that comes from living it.

In 1st Thessalonians 5:14 and 15 it is a scripture that reminds us what we are called to do as disciples. It states “now we exhort you brother warn those who are unruly Comfort the faint-hearted uphold the week be patient with all. See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone but always pursue what is good both for yourself and for all”

Our Job is to warn, comfort, uphold and be patient. This is a way to show Jesus Christ in your Marriage, your friendship, your work place, your entire life is effected once you accuse something without understanding the situation.

Jesus spoke in John 5:45 do not think that I shall accuse you to the father there is one who accuses you,Moses in whom you trust. The scribes and pharisees where always sought to catch Jesus in some wrong saying or deed. Even Jesus Himself spoke and said I m not going to accuse you of anything to my Father however if you believed in Moses then you should believe on me cause there was proof that Moses spoke about Jesus Christ. Jesus was wise and patient with anyone who challenged Him, yet He was bold when He spoke. He did not involve himself fights or debates.

In Proverbs 25 verse 18 through 28 it shares the damage that a person does when they spread lies or accuses a person of something that is wrong that is a false it causes sores within the mind, our soul is afflicted by the enemy and this is what the enemy wants. He wants a church that is sore, weak, distracted and unwilling to forgive.

Jesus speaks in Luke 17 verse 4 and says and if he sins against you 7 times in a day in 7 times in a day returns to you saying I Repent you shall forgive them. This is the act of love this is the act of 1st Corinthians chapter 13. We have to be long-suffering and not continuing to look at the past for an excuse to justify our sense of judgement on people outside the body and inside the body of Christ.

In Job Chapter 13 Verse 26 stage “you write better things against me and you make me inherit the iniquities of my youth.” When we accuse others from where they are at in life we are causing them to actually fall deeper into sin, falling further away from Jesus Christ.

When we are divided by denominations and race, men and women’s functions in the church, debates political opinions and fears we have placed the body of Christ or people in general in a snare because there are no evidence of Love Without judgement and without reason. Love is suppose to be just that. No strings attached. Love is the Spirit of God. His presence is Agape Love. I encourage you today. To bless someone. To being cultivating a spiritual relationship with them. Be known by your love today.
