God guides the way

When you travel with the Lord, you know that you are secure.

We learn to build our confidence in Him through faith. listenTime after time God has always guided us right were we needed to be. Though I know its taken me some time to truly believe in the path because of the things that happen around me daily. Yet when I look up through out the day I am left with one truth. If it has not been for Jesus I would not be here. If I had no hope that I am saved, secure and growing in some way I would feel like a robot in the rest of my life’s requests and jobs. With God I feel like I live instead of feeling programmed and or forced. God shares things with us if we are willing to listen to Him.

God has always given us clear indication He will instruct you, correct you or guide you where you need to be. In the Gospel in John 14:6 “I am the way, the truth and the life and no one can come to the Father except through me.” This is truly a scripture that many of us know. We find hope and truth in it, and yet mostly trust and guidance.

I believe the whole point for God to be a Spirit of Truth is so that all He created is moved and influenced by His sound. We have got to be able to hear His calling. Have you ever been corrected by the Holy Spirit? If you have heard the Holy spirit, God Spoke to you and He loved you enough to guide. In Isaiah 30:20 “whether you turn to the right of to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “this is the way walk in it”

Are we listening for God to Guide us?

Before Christ was even physically birthed to bring the Gospel and to disciple God spoke the His prophets. He told them clearly what to say. If they had not loved God or trusted God we would not have the prophets from the bible that we have.

Today when your in need, trust God. To many people are mislead thinking there own thoughts and ideas are safe. We are seeing deaths from suicide, addictions and murder climaxing more and more. 11379937_1598233883773004_807608244_nThis is the truth that our nation and in the earth as a whole are not waiting to Hear God speak. Get in the habit of traveling with the Lord bring Him on your walks, your morning rush to work. Bring Him in to your homes, rooms and a church. As we begin to travel with the Lord He will guide the way. He will lead you if you Listen. He knows best and He loves you, He will s
hare with you the valleys, sunsets, shortcuts and even stony roads ahead. A journey no one should ever miss.

Affirmation: I am called to be the light and flavor of this world. I am a hearing of the word, so that I am lead by the Spirit. I am a Child of God.

Reblogged this on Call to Witness and commented:
Life is meaningless without God. If we do amazing things and do not have the love of God in us, then all that we have done is meaningless and worthless. God must be the drive in our lives to do the work that we do. If we do not have Him as our foundation, when the crisis of faith comes, all that we had built will be destroyed.
Therefore, we must return to the One who first showed us how to love. We must come back to God; and we do this through our heart felt prayers and sincere meditation into His Word. Let us allow God realign our hearts to His will so that we would do His work according to what He wants and not what we want.
