A thank you offering!
“Through him then let us continually offer a sacrifice of praise to God that is the fruit of lips that confess his name” Hebrews 13:15
Your blessings from God make you grateful. The extent and extravagance of God’s gifts make you thankful. When you acknowledge how God is good in your life you let him know how much you appreciate what he is doing for you. You come before him in great Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is the constant and characteristic note of the Christian Life. In happy moments praise God in difficult moments seek God in Quiet Moments worship God and painful moments trust God. In every moment thank. As J.B Lightsfoot said “Thanksgiving is at the end of all human conduct whether observed in words or works. “Giving thanks is the very life of Prayer.Tell God how grateful you are from the fruits that fall far from your tree.
Hebrews 12:28 “since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken let us be thankful and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe”
Dear God you are the origin of my blessings and the cause of my bounty. Amen
Philippians 4:6 be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with Thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and Minds through Christ Jesus
No matter what you are facing it whether it be spiritual warfare, adapting to a new job, a loss of a loved one or promotion and new responsibilities make requests known to God with Thanksgiving. It’s something that we are able to give God in our thankfulness we acknowledge that He has made it happen even as difficult as it may seem, it is still a gift that is given to us. That responsibility or blessing of Financial flow was entrusted to you, the stretching within the spiritual realm with in spiritual warfare was given to you so you can endure growing your spiritual body. The time to learn and grieve and overcome things of this world through trials and tribulation. Yes! God allows these things that we may become strong and mature and him we must remain thankful.
Psalms 95:2 says “let us come before his presence with Thanksgiving let us shout joyfully to him with Psalms”
Psalms 100:4 “Enter into his gates with Thanksgiving and into his courts with praise be thankful to him and bless his name for the Lord is good his Mercy is Everlasting and his truth endures to all generations.”
Enjoy your life today with thankfulness! Look into the mirror and give God within and around you a Shout of Praise! He is doing mighty and great things in you and through for the World.
