Prayer is our unseen key, to ministry and in battling, spiritual warfare. It is our “oxygen“to our spiritual lives. It is Gods strategical way for His is chosen People to commune with and from us. It aligns us bodily with the Head Which is our Lord Jesus. It is the Key to Intimacy, with bride and groom. Jonah 2:7 “My Prayer came to you, into your holy temple”
Prayer is a action and a affirmation that we need God over our life, and it is why we use it first, in our lives to guide us and move us into the right direction. Away from self sufficiency and selfishness into humility which God Honors and lifts those who confide with in Him. Prayers Should not be a emergency parachute, however it should be our first thought, when it comes to direction and guidance. We we speak to the Lord with Prayer, we are talking to a Perfect Authority in Heaven and earth. (Luke 9: 23 James 3:2) God is in no need and dependent on anything or anyone, we can lean on Him Rest on Him with anything. He simply already knows what it going on, however He designed us to share that with Him, so that He can Move on our behalf. That is His Job as King, and Lord. Amen. This is why prayer should be first in the order of things(1 Tim. 2:1-8)
As a follower of Jesus we see the Story of How He challenged everyone, in temple. Mark 11:17 “My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations?” Of course Spiritually understanding this, He was also speaking to us, as a temple, and also as body, that nothing, should separate us from Our purpose and that is to be a House of Prayer, a temple of Communication to The Lord God Our Father in Heaven. Which became possible once we accepted Gods way through His son Jesus Christ.
Our Central priority as believers is to gather for prayer, being the body, glorifying His life within us, and through us, moving into each others lives that may be outside of the body. We are that force that creates the room and way for God to work in places on this earth. Through us alone.
Is my heart today with my soul and spirit a temple a house of prayer?
