With every battle, trial and trickery comes with preparation of the tools to access that fight. Its our responsibility. If you are looking to advance in your Ministry, your walk with Jesus, with your position and calling, your gifts, your ability to war against the enemy we are going to have to advance in our understanding and knowledge of the tools, and preparation so that we can. Each tool of Gods Armor is important. I will be sure to cover each of them, in my own understanding and teaching from the scriptures, as well as those who have enlighten me along my walk with Jesus!
The first piece of armor we need to focus on is the Gospel, also known as the preparation of the Gospel of Peace. Which is the way we are walking, and shedding the reflection of Jesus, The Prince of Peace. God will give you the opening, to plant the seed, but it is by our own light that we must shine that God will see our faithfulness and desire to share the Gospel. We are standing, in the gospel, in the truth, in the authority and understanding of our calling as a Disciple. Have you felt like you have been called to be a Disciple and you are unsure what it costs, what to do? Check out The Cost Of Discipleship. Once we fave a full understanding, about standing in the gospel, God will order you to move, he will guide you and show you the way to not only grow spiritual but also how to share with others your way of growing, and experience behind it. Did you know your unique? You have been made to walk according to God for Him, In the Spirit to do mighty things that would rule over nations and conquer many lands. Check out this verse : (Which you will see the significance in standing)
14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
14 For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, 15 having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace,16 and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity. 17 And He came and preached peace to you who were afar off and to those who were near.18 For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father.

See God will bring on trials to us, He wants and calls on Warriors. He is Shifting you into a purging process as we walk with Him and Honor Him. The Fight will come to you. Trust and believe in this revelation, when we walk in the Spirit yet Stand in the Armor of God the fight will come to you. Your walking in Peace, and your Sharing the truth. We know, the enemy will not like this, so more understanding and more knowledge.
The next piece of of Gods Armor, our Tools to use in warfare. It is of course the belt of truth
So when we our standing in the armor of God we also must understand the function of the armor, you see the Truth that is in this piece of armor is guarding and protecting the last piece which is the preparation of the Gospel of Peace. God will not move to spread the gospel if you are not in truth. Its a principle thing, you can not obtain something and use it against an enemy if you do not apply it. Glory to God! So this piece also represents us being able to confirm our reason behind the Gospel. It is the truth. We all have known that whom the Son sets free is free indeed. The preparation of gospel, (Sandals) and the belt of truth are connected and fully effective because the Gospel is the truth, and also is the reflection of Jesus because He was the word the Gospel as we know it today. Jesus defined Himself as “the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6)the Word of God as truth: “Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth” (John 17:17)So if we are walking in the Spirit and standing firm on the peace from the gospel we have truth, which both defends us divinely as we step into this Spiritual realm. Praise God! Referring back to the scripture Ephesians 6:14-17 New King James Version (NKJV)
So to gird up something means: prepare and strengthen oneself for what is to come. Praise God! This scripture is a warning and a time for revelation for those who are already standing to prepare yourself for what is to come. Have Peace and truth knowing this.
Ephesians 5:8-6:9 New King James Version (NKJV)
8 For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light 9 (for the fruit of the Spirit[a] is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth), 10 finding out what is acceptable to the Lord.11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. 12 For it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret. 13 But all things that are exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light.14 Therefore He says:

So lets break this down, now being brought out of darkness into light to be of goodness, righteousness, and truth. to know, by having knowledge what is acceptable to the Lord, not apart of the darkness yet being made know of it, because we were in it that we should now using light, expose it! Us becoming the light in truth prepares us to speak the Gospel into the lives of others and it exposes the truth about their nature, and rather if they are walking in the spirit of truth. Thus reflecting Jesus Christ! Amen Revelation!
Lets approach the piece of armor that guards your heart, that as we know as forming worker of the darkness our Hearts lead us into our passions and works. The heart is the door way, in where Jesus enters. It must be changed. This is the reason of understanding the armor of God.“Having put on the breastplate of righteousness” (Ephesians 6:14).. The heart carries hatred and pent up emotions that cause “arguments,” “every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God” which in our thinking we are right and able to stand in the truth but the truth is the ego has carried you away and the need for “bringing every thought into captivity.”Is based on how we listen and respectful discern within our soul and spirit the word of God which give us the chance of knowing when to speak and not to speak. There is power that lies in the tongue and you can destroy the chance of helping people grow in Jesus. These are things we can encounter in everyday life. The breastplate of righteousness is one of our primary defenses against these unexpected and dangerous intrusions.
17 This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk as the rest of[a] the Gentiles walk, in the futility of their mind,18 having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart; 19 who, being past feeling, have given themselves over to lewdness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
20 But you have not so learned Christ, 21 if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus: 22 that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, 23 and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, 24 and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.
righteousness means:the quality of being morally right or justifiable. We are building as we prepare for battle our quality by being morally right, meaning in our living. It is our principle thing to live up right, taking on a different new man. We are justified by standing in the Gospel of Peace, and the Truth that is in itself. So now putting on the breast plate of Righteousness you are covered now from the feet up to the shoulders.Your body in the pieces are covered by actively living in and shedding Peace, Truth and Righteousness.
The enemy is coming to destroy the heart. To guide you differently and by doing that it will steal your foundation from underneath you, it will begin to challenge your placement and position on where you stand. The attack will be on your individual place in the body of Jesus. It will try to measure you differently from the word of God. The enemy will send a whisper in the wind (Whispering Spirits) you are not able to function within your gifts or position because you are young, or still learning. You may even be struggling in area of your life, so it gives them power,an opening in your life to speak against the word of God that was for you to grow into. We are all working on deepening and changing within the development that God has in our lives. That may consist of gifts, and even shortcomings so that He can use you to the fullest.
Now that I have disclosed to you what the attack is all about now I should go a head tell you the Armor piece that will protect you from it and it powerful. The Helmet of Salvation
In Ephesians 1:3 Shares with us the introduction of the Salvation which is so important because where it is written about first. The changing and transformation of who we have now become, lies in the very letter in this book from the bible. It is saying that the important piece of Gods Armor is protecting the very important piece of Gods creation, the Mind! The human function of the head where we recieve messages from God, and hear were we should go. There lies the enemies ways also. The tactics from the enemy try to filter its way within the mind of believers. A deeper study on the Mind and understanding the soul and spiritual part of the mind click here
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, 5 having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, 6 to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.
7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace 8 which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence, 9 having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself,10 that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both[a] which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him. 11 In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will, 12 that we who first trusted in Christ should be to the praise of His glory.
13 In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, 14 who[b] is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.
15 Therefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints, 16 do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers: 17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, 18 the eyes of your understanding[c] being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, 19 and what isthe exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power 20 which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, 21 far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.
2 And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, 2 in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, 3 among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others.
4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), 6 and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7 that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast. 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.
